My name is Keziah Grindeland, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State. I work with adults of all ages.
Whether you are looking to build sustainable routines to help manage ADHD symptoms, explore the impacts of childhood trauma, or rediscover who you want to be after a life transition, I am excited to meet you!
My primary areas of focus are trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and ADHD. I feel honored to walk alongside my clients, and I strive to make my practice a space where everyone can feel seen and held in their full self.
I view everyone as an expert of their own story, and I strive to provide a compassionate, curious, and kind space where clients can explore the journey of healing and growth. Additionally, I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy to help begin the healing journey from PTSD.
I received a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University and began practicing as a therapist in 2022. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a community organizer and social media manager for various non-profits.
Previously, I worked as a Child and Family Therapist at the YWCA with survivors of domestic violence and their children. In that role I worked with adults, children, and led art therapy groups designed to support survivors in their healing journey from abuse and PTSD.
In addition to my private practice, I currently work at a group practice located in Renton, WA.Â
